TOKOBO pottery

Ceramics

Unit 74 Regent Studios, 8 Andrews Road E8 4QN

My work explores the beauty of still life, focusing on the meditative qualities of pottery. While I enjoy making pieces with practical purpose, I’m more drawn to the contemplative process itself and the serene qualities in form and colour. My influences range from archaeological artefacts and everyday objects to the organic shapes found in nature.

The studio has been the home of my work for the past 20 years, serving as both my creative studio and teaching space: TOKOBO. I will be showing my work along with studio members during the trail weekend.

Also, I have noticed that she’s the only artist on the index page whose initials are not capitalised – would you mind amending that, for consistency.
