Artists details

My work is guided by intuition, visual imagination, and emotion, alongside a profound interest in contemporary consciousness, the human condition, and notions of time. I am best known for my use of color and touch to explore what I perceive as the endless possibilities of painting. Working with washes of thinned-down oil paint, staining, mark-making, and processes of removal, I seek to explore abstract pictorial space, uncovering and revealing the many movements and moments contained in my works. I am currently pursuing an MFA at Goldsmiths, UOL (2022–2025).

My work will be exhibited at House Work, a new artist-run gallery operating out of a 1970s maisonette on East London’s Regents Estate, where my family and I live. The gallery reimagines traditional exhibition spaces, offering an intimate setting that fosters experimentation and dialogue within contemporary art.
